Cardamom oil is a valuable element in food preparations, perfumery, health foods medicine and beverages.  Cardamom oil is most helpful to the digestive system, but can also help with the healing of coughs, and a common feeling of not feeling that well.  Cardamom Oil is obtained from the seed of the cardamom plant, which is also used widely in Indian and Asian cooking (you can, in fact, add a few drops even as preparing meal).
