Hyssop oil is distilled of Hyssopus officinalis, of the family Labiatae and is as well known as Azob.  Hyssopus officinalis Oil is light yellow or faintly light-green yellow to almost colourless oil of a potent, somewhat sharp, but fresh camphoraceous odor and with a warmly aromatic, spicy back note.  Hyssop oil bears 50 % carvacrol which is an antifungal agent and antibacterial even used in medicinal drug, as per to the book None Of These Diseases.  Hyssop oil is drew out from the leaves and the abloom tops by steam distilment.
